I have participated in the following events on Independence Day:

Flag hoisting
Parade
Cultural performances
Fireworks
I enjoyed participating in all of the events, but my favorite was the cultural performances. I learned a lot about Indonesian culture and traditions, and the performances were very beautiful.

Here is what I would tell my friends about my participation in the events:

I had a wonderful time celebrating Independence Day in Indonesia! I participated in the flag hoisting ceremony, the parade, cultural performances, and the fireworks. It was an amazing experience to see all of the people come together to celebrate their country's independence.
The flag hoisting ceremony was very moving. It was a great reminder of all the sacrifices that have been made for Indonesia to become the free and independent country it is today.
The parade was a lot of fun! I saw people from all walks of life marching down the street, celebrating their country's independence. There were floats, music, and dancing. It was a very festive atmosphere.
The cultural performances were my favorite part of the day. I learned so much about Indonesian culture and traditions. The dances were beautiful and the music was captivating.
The fireworks were a great ending to the day. It was a beautiful sight to see the sky light up with all the different colors.
I am so glad that I had the opportunity to celebrate Independence Day in Indonesia. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
